Returns

30 days, any reason. Doesn't fit, don't like it, changed your mind — all fine reasons.

I sell on Etsy, so returns run through Etsy, and the policy published on my Etsy shop is the one that governs. Open the order in your Etsy account and start a return, or message me first and I'll sort it out with you. No forms, no restocking fee, no interrogation.

Return shipping is on you. Message me before you pay it, though — for something this small it's usually cheaper for me to just refund you and have you recycle the tray than to ship it back across the country.

If it shows up damaged or defective, that one's on me. Send a photo and I'll replace it or refund you, no argument.

Etsy's Purchase Protection covers orders that don't arrive, arrive damaged, or don't match the listing. That's yours regardless of what I say here, and nothing on this page or in my Terms takes it away.
